These services include the design and construction of an investment portfolio consistent with your planning goals, risk tolerance and time horizon. Historical returns and volatility, as well as the investment design process, are reviewed with each client. The portfolio is then designed, and an Investment Policy Statement is developed and agreed upon. This statement outlines, among other things,
- Your investment goals
- The minimum level of return you need to achieve those goals
- The types of investments to include and exclude
- The allocation of each asset class
- Anticipated inflation rate and tax-bracket assumptions
Moisand Fitzgerald Tamayo, LLC constantly monitors the economic environment and your portfolio and takes action as needed. We assist you in setting up and transferring assets into the necessary custodial accounts for the portfolio. Our investment advice can and usually does incorporate investments from all accounts owned by the client to ensure that all investments are working together to accomplish a client's long-term investment goals.
